I. Introduction

iShopinUSA is a forwarding and service company catering to Customer in need of American products. iShopinUSA will invoice its services on a percentage basis clearly defined in an estimate submitted to its Customers prior to execution. Orders will be executed only once the estimate is approved and payment is received. The Customer certifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age, and is legally able to accept the terms and conditions defined in this agreement. Both parties agree to be binded by this agreement. iShopinUSA reserve the right to modify at any time, the rates terms and conditions. It is understood that changes will apply to all new orders. iShopinUSA is responsible for purchasing and payment in option #2 and option #3, shipping of the goods within three (3) business days following the day ALL the items are received and providing all documents and for custom clearance to the shipping company. In addition iShopinUSA will not be responsible for delays incurred by a third party or an act of god. The Customer authorizes iShopinUSA to take any actions on its behalf it deemed necessary in order to expedite the shipping of the ordered items to the address clearly specified in the Purchase Order. In the event the shipment is returned to iShopinUSA warehouse due to a wrong address or bad instructions, iShopinUSA will be entitled to collect the expenses of the new shipping without any additional authorization from the Customer. II. Payment and Expenses

The Customer will pay by wire transfer or credit card all expenses as shown in the submitted estimate and fully electronically approved. Expenses Such AS:

  1. Cost of purchased ordered items plus a fee of 10% of Item’s value or $50 flat fee, which ever is greater.
  2. Shipping cost of Customer selected carrier.
  3. Insurance cost on request.
  4. Option #1 (forwarding items purchased by Customers) Ishopinusa will charge the Customer’s Credit Card for the expenses related to cost of consolidating items from different suppliers, shipping cost, insurance, if any, and $40 fee.($50 over 8 items)

The Customer will receive an electronic invoice itemizing all expenses incurred by the ordered items. Hard copies invoices are available upon request. Index

III. Taxes and duties

Custom duties, taxes or fees are not included and are responsibility of the receiver. Each country establishes its own standards as to which goods are considered document and which are dutiable. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. iShopinUSA is not liable for taxes and custom duties on all the purchases made through iShopinUSA website. In case of non delivery caused by reasons due to the Customer, the shipment will go back to IShopinUSA’s warehouse and the client will be billed for the additional shipping cost. Index

IV. Exemption of liability on products

iShopinUSA shall not be held liable in regards to products proposed by American businesses through the internet or catalogues. iShopinUSA does not control the description, quality and the prices of the items proposed on internet nor the ability of the vendors to sale the above mentioned items. In case of a dispute iShopinUSA shall not be held liable for any claims related to the purchased items. All sales are final and no return or exchange will be accepted. ISHOPINUSA is not responsible for any loss or damages of packages. Insurance might be contracted prior to the shipping. In case of loss or damages, claims should be sent to the shipping company. V. Customer obligations and Airline rules

  1. Responsibility: The Customer certifies that he will not generate nor participate in receiving or shipping illegal substances or forbidden products such as drugs, currency notes, hazardous materials (explosives, flammables, chemicals, fire arms), animals, perishables, pornographic materials or any items restricted in the country of final destination. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to be informed of all restrictions and laws prior to ordering any items through iShopinUSA.
  2. iShopinUSA is not responsible for any items seized or confiscated by Customs.
  3. The Customer authorizes iShopinUSA to control, open and repack any suspicious packages. iShopinUSA is not responsible for additional documents such as importing licenses or any other documents that authorities of the country of final destination might request.
  4. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

VI. Competence

The Parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue, for any action arising under this Agreement or out of the relationship established by this Agreement shall be brought only and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida. Index

VII. Miscellaneous

Rates are subjected to change without previous notice. The shipping weight will be determined by the weight in itself (Actual Weight) or by the package density (Dimensional Weight), whichever is greater. Index
